## The challenge

Milo Bescher had become one of Sweden's most-watched nurses on TikTok, talking openly about pay, freedom and the realities of healthcare. The book needed to look like that voice: confident, a little provocative, and nothing like the textbooks nurses are used to. It still had to be credible to the people it was written for, and it had to work as a thumbnail, because most people would see it on a phone first.

## The approach

Through my studio, TIED Visuals, I art directed and designed it like a consumer product rather than a professional manual: a cover that reads at thumbnail size and a visual identity strong enough to carry the launch content Milo was already making on TikTok.

## The outcome

The launch content passed 10 million TikTok views. The book sold 2,000 physical copies in Sweden, sold out across major retailers, and kept coming back in limited reprints.
